TOCHI AJIWE, MD
Principal, Investor Relations
Tochi Ajiwe, MD is a highly skilled professional who began his career in Medicine as an Emergency Medicine Physician. He completed his BS at Baylor University, received his doctorate from the prestigious University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas and is currently practicing at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. After learning about the power real estate investing in medical school, Dr. Ajiwe has been an active buy and hold investor and currently has over 3M AUM. He is passionate about inspiring busy professionals about the power of multifamily investing and financial freedom.
CARL NNAJI
Principal, Acquisitions
Carl has spent the last 13 years of his career creating data visualization solutions for some of the largest firms in the country. He now works for Google’s Transformation Organization where his team builds tools for Google multi-billion dollar Cloud business.
By night Carl operates a Web 3.0 events startup called Tempo, and he works with his cousin Tochi to manage the 12 units they have under management. Carl’s goal is to continue to grind things out from a work perspective and slowly transition into working in real estate full-time.
ASH MARCUS
Asset Management
Ash is in charge of all aspects of Asset Management at Equicapital. She works hand in hand with various property managements teams and believes in the value of in-person analysis to make sure the asset is performing well and that our tenants are happy!
