What is an Accredited Investor?
Accredited, in the USA, means you reach a certain financial position ($200k single/ $300k married or $1M net worth). It's like a sticker you get to wear that gets you into next-level investing opportunities. Pretty amazing accomplishment. Now - why do I care? Because from time to time we will have real estate opportunities to discuss and can only raise this money from accredited investors. We just wanna make sure we're talking about those deals to the right people. Learn more about accredited investors here.
What We Do
Purchase
We purchase mainly apartments, but also purchase land and warehouses with a very specific set of criteria. We focus on immediate cash flow for investors – while also maximizing equity growth through forced appreciation.
Manage
We have in-house management – with over 20 years of combined experience – working efficiently to increase income, decrease expenses, and manage tenant satisfaction. This helps drive Net Operating Income, and ultimately, investor returns.
Distribute
Although we anticipate large equity growth, we also know that regular cash flow is important. That’s why we process regular distributions quarterly.
